A large air conditioned lounge / dining room with patio doors leading to a covered terrace with natural wicker furniture. The lounge terrace is a lovely place to enjoy either breakfast or dinner or maybe a pre-dinner drink before moving to the BBQ on the roof terrace.

The living area itself features an open fire for the cooler winter nights, a 32" Flat screen TV with Sky TV, DVD player, i-pod docking station, Stereo / CD player and new leather furniture to comfortably accommodate all guests.

The dining area has a good size table which will comfortably seat 8 people and there is a serving hatch through to the kitchen. There is also a high quality baby chair available for use free of charge.
